EZ Water: The Hidden Life Force Inside Water & How Sunlight vs Moonlight Change It Water looks simple — just a transparent liquid. But the more I read and explore, the more I realize water is not just H₂O. It responds to energy, emotions, vibration, and even celestial forces. Modern science calls a special type of water Exclusion Zone Water (EZ Water) , sometimes known as structured water, and ancient traditions have been talking about this in the form of moon-charged water, temple water, sacred river water and energized water for thousands of years. So today, let’s understand what EZ water actually is and how sunlight and moonlight affect water differently. What Is EZ Water? EZ Water is a unique type of water discovered by Dr. Gerald Pollack from the University of Washington. It forms naturally inside our cells and plays a huge role in: Hydration Energy production Healing Electrolyte balance Cellular communication Unlike normal water, EZ water has a hex...

Ayurvedic Dosha Analysis

Ayurvedic Dosha Analysis

The reason for writing this article is to analyze which Dosha disorder is more prevalent and which is less prevalent. Since there is a lack of reference and this is entirely analysis work, I was not successful in publishing it as a thesis—so I decided to post it on my blog.

This data will help us balance and focus on that particular Dosha to prevent many diseases and potentially find permanent cures for conditions that currently lack treatment. I conducted this analysis by collecting a sample of 10 patients' medical reports. I didn’t get the chance to examine them personally; all the points in this article are based on my analysis of the sample records and pulse readings of a few people (apart from the 10 patients).

If this idea is executed practically, it could pave the way for a disease-free life by identifying what kind of disorders a person might get and which Dosha constitution types are more vulnerable. Diet and lifestyle suggestions can then be tailored accordingly.

Understanding Doshas

As per Ayurveda, the human body is made up of three main components called Doshas or Tridosha: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. In every person, one or two Doshas will be dominant. If a person follows the diet, daily routine, and seasonal regimen according to their constitution, they can live a disease-free life.

To do this, one must know their Prakruti (dominant Dosha from birth). Even though one or two Doshas are dominant, all three are present in the body. People with Vata constitution are more likely to be affected by Vata-related disorders, and similarly for Pitta and Kapha types.

Research Questions

  • Which type of disorder is more prevalent nowadays?
  • What are Hypertension and Diabetes in Ayurvedic terms?
  • Which gender is more prone to disease?

While finding a treatment, it is important to consider the individual's Dosha type, environmental factors, nature of the disease, mental status, and the properties of the medicine prescribed. Just as we have different creams for different skin types, medicine also differs for each individual—even if the condition is the same.

Table 1: Patient Data

Includes Age, Gender, Condition, and Dosha Type

Table 2: Dosha Count

  • Kapha – 12
  • Pitta – 3
  • Vata – 17
  • Vata-Kapha – 6
  • Vata-Pitta-Kapha – 1
  • Total – 39

Table 3: Condition Count

Most common conditions:

  • Hypertension – 6
  • Hyperlipidemia – 5
  • COPD – 4
  • Atrial Fibrillation – 3
  • Coronary Artery Disease – 3

Table 4: Gender and Condition Count

  • Female – 21
  • Male – 18

Table 5 & 6: Genderwise Condition and Dosha Count

  • Females are mostly affected by Kapha and Vata disorders.
  • Males are affected by Vata, Kapha, and Vata-Kapha disorders.

Observations

Table 2: Vata imbalance is most prevalent, followed by Kapha, then Pitta. Since the reports are from patients aged 55+, it aligns with the Ayurvedic understanding that Vata increases with age.

Table 3: Common conditions like Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, and COPD are linked to Vata and Kapha imbalances. Kapha’s decline with age reduces bodily support and protection, contributing to disease.

Table 4: Females are more affected due to hormonal transitions such as pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause, which can weaken immunity and increase vulnerability to chronic diseases.

Table 5 & 6: Females show more Kapha disorders; males show more Vata and Vata-Kapha disorders. Though traditionally believed that females are Kapha dominant, this is not yet proven.

Conclusion

This study shows that age plays a major role in Dosha imbalance, with Vata disorders being most dominant in people above 50. Gender also influences Dosha imbalance. While disease can occur at any age, Ayurveda believes that if aging is prevented, most diseases can be avoided.

The aim of this study is to prevent disease before it occurs by understanding the predominant Dosha causing disease and the factors involved in the disease process. Proper regimens can then be followed to prevent imbalance.

Key Takeaway: Vata dosha disorder is most prevalent in people above age 50. Measures should be taken to prevent it through lifestyle, diet, and personalized treatment based on Dosha constitution and environmental factors.
